Barre combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training. Using equipment such as dumbbells, Ballet barres, and resistance bands, this class focuses on balance, strength, and endurance through unique techniques and movements. The class will be followed by a delicious brunch, provided by the Nutrition Education Program. Come get a great workout in with a healthy meal.

FREE for UNL students. Students must present their NCard.
