Jamie Cooper received her BS and MS degrees in Kinesiology from Michigan State. She completed her PhD in Nutritional Sciences from UW-Madison. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. Her primary research interest include metabolism and satiety as it relates to human obesity
