The Nebraska Center for the Prevention of Obesity Diseases’ 1st Annual Symposium will be a free day-long event that will feature worldwide renowned speakers Dr. Melinda Beck of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Bert Boyer from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Dr. Gus Kousoulas from Louisiana State University, and Dr. Catharine Ross from Pennsylvania State University. The day will conclude with a poster session open to all graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
