The Nebraska Letterbox Club is sponsored by the Academy for Child & Family Well Being in SECD. The purpose of the Letterbox Club is to supply children in foster care with monthly packages of books. This year the Nebraska Letterbox Club has enlisted the support of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at 5150 O Street. On November 22, 2015, B&N will host a book fair from 10a-7p, with family activities including picture with Santa, music from Jim King, face painting and more. A portion of café purchases (specialty selected drinks) and books purchased will go to support Letterbox Club and help children in foster care receive books.
Can’t make it that day? Visit BN.Com/bookfairs to purchase online using the book fair ID 11749900 at checkout. A percentage of your B&N purchases will benefit the Nebraska Letterbox Club. You can purchase items online from November 22, 2015 – November 27, 2015.
If you have any questions, please contact Kim Braaten at 472-6246 or kbraaten2@unl.edu
