Twyla Hansen, Nebraska State Poet; Kim Matthews, researcher and educator from UNL’s Minority Health Disparities Initiative; and artist Byron Anway will present professional development workshops that connect the museum’s collection with K–12 curriculum for art, language arts, and social studies.

“Artful Teaching” is free and open to Lincoln Public Schools, parochial, private and home school educators. Registration is available online at http://go.unl.edu/artful-teaching.
