U.S. National Women’s Health and Fitness Day is celebrated every year on the last Wednesday of September, falling on September 27 this year. It’s a special day to promote the importance of health awareness and fitness for all women.

Take your practice of Yoga to a new level: on the water. This class uses paddleboards to create a new twist to Yoga poses. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in this SUP Yoga class.

All experience levels are welcome!
