NIC Partners are invited to join a guided mindfulness practice incorporating breathwork, light stretching, self massage & inspo every Tuesday in November from 2:00 - 2:15 p.m. via zoom for FREE! Recharge for 15 minutes without sugar or caffeine, de-stress with meditation and combat the negative effects of desk work with stretching. Session dates: November 3, 10, 17, 24.
