Dr. McDougall is currently President’s Postdoctoral Fellow, University of California, Santa Cruz and holds a PhD from UC-Irvine. Their book, currently titled “Held Here by Nothing: Notes on the Psychopolitics of Black Insurrection,” is contracted with the University of Nebraska’s Provocations book series.
