Based on the play by Tennessee Williams, this renowned drama follows troubled schoolteacher Blanche DuBois (Vivien Leigh) as she leaves small-town Mississippi and moves to New Orleans to live with her sister, Stella (Kim Hunter), and Stella’s brutish husband, Stanley (Marlon Brando).
