This course is certified by the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Handler Program and is good for two years. The class consists of five sections: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. At the end of the class, you will leave with your certificate.
