Our Woment small group training sessions are specialized to help participants improve on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy or endurance. Each session will be a fast-paced 60-minute workout to help teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine.

Class dates: March 19 – April 25, 2024
Class days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 6–7 p.m.
