This group, offered by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), gives students the opportunity to learn ways that gratitude can help them strive for more positive experiences and emotions. Participants will build knowledge by hearing how gratitude can help to address depression and anxiety as well as by learning to develop methods to add gratitude to their daily life.
