Women+ small group training sessions are specialized to help participants improve on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy, or endurance. Each session will be a fast-paced 60-minute workout to help teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine.

Class dates: October 23 to November 29, 2023 (No class on Nov. 22)
Class days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Class price: $55
